The general assembly of the SPA was held on Saturday 28th May in Perigueux. After presenting the results of the year 2015, the president talked about a case of animal cruelty that had been addressed only the day before & would be on the first page of the papers. A case were the cruelty & neglect of animals by humans is impossible to understand.
The members voted unanimously for the propositions put forward, in particular the aquisition of a piece of woodland which is needed for walking the dogs.
