Found wandering in Perigueux, not chipped or tatooed but wearing a collar. Socrate is an active & lively boy. Small size (around 7kg) He adores people & gets stressed if left for long on his own. We suggest he is not in a family with young children. He would be an ideal dog for an active retired person/couple.
