This dog was identified but the owners have not been found. He is now up for adoption. Timid to start with but once reassured is happy & affectionate. He is not great with cats.
There is no adoption fee for Prosper, (if you can manage a donation to help cover our costs, that would be great.) Prosper comes with a virtual cheque of 500€ donated by the Phoenix association to cover any eventual vet fees related to his age.
