The dog group Piek'Shawi are organising on Sat 10th & Sun 11th May 2014 a training about undesirable behaviour in dogs. The training course is run by Frédéric VERMOREL, a dog trainer & behavioural specialist, recognised by the Dordogne préfecture & with 17 yrs work experience.Holder of the CESCCAM qualification, a speaker on France Bleu Perigord radio and behavioral analyst at the SPA of Perigueux. Subject: unwanted & inappropriate behaviour in our dogs.
Timetable: Saturday : Theory & exchange, questions & answers. Fundamental ideas about dogs (what is a dog?) the ways of communicating between different species, controlling limits, emotional states, unwanted behaviour, the idea of animal wellbeing. I will answer all your questions during the theoretic part of the day.
Sunday: Individual & group work, foundation of education, coping with any problems that arise, work on socialization.
The cost is 75€ pp for the 2 days.
The location is at the salle des fetes in St Geyrac (24330) there are fields next to the hall.
Meals are not provided. There is a pizza restaurant just next to the location. There is a kitchen in the hall, For those who are interested we can arrange a meal at the restaurant "Chez Paulette" (lovely perigordine food...) Saturday or Sunday at lunchtime. The price of the meal would depend on the number interested. (20-25€ for a typical meal... lots of it too!)
