Mowgli was abandoned by his owners at the SPA. He finds it hard to stay on his own and will bark if left alone & can be destructive inside. He has not met cats before, he gets on with female dogs, less so with male dogs. Mowgli is constantly looking for contact with people, he has a strong character & we advise against children in his family.
