Oscar was removed from his owners for neglect. He lived on a balcony. Since his arrival at the SPA he has started to live again, he has so much more freedom. Obviously a family & house would be the ideal environment for this young lad. He is ful of life & adores playing. He can be reserved at the moment, we are waiting for the legal authorisation to have him adopted.
